By accessing or purchasing services from Purabi Gunjal-  Nutritionist (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any consultation or wellness program.

1. Service Nature

All consultations, nutrition plans, and wellness programs are intended for educational and lifestyle guidance only.

They are not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

You should seek clearance from your physician before beginning any new diet or lifestyle program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

2. Client Responsibility

By availing any service:

You confirm that all personal, medical, and lifestyle information shared is accurate and complete.

You understand that results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome (such as weight loss, fertility success, or symptom reversal) is guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for following or choosing not to follow the recommendations provided.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are accepted via UPI / NEFT / Bank Transfer.

Payments are non-refundable.

Any refunds issued (only in exceptional cases) will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

4. Consultation & Communication

Consultations are conducted online through video/audio call or chat.

Scheduled support (if included in your package) will be provided within working hours only.

Emergency support is not provided. In case of health emergencies, please consult a licensed medical professional.

5. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I aim to provide quality care to all clients in a timely manner. To ensure fairness to everyone, the following policy applies:

5.1 Appointment Timeliness

Please join your session on time.

I will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled time.

If you are later than 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered a No-Show, and the full consultation fee will be charged.

5.2 Cancellation Guidelines

If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform me at least 2 hours prior via email at purabi.nutrition@gmail.com or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will be counted as Late Cancellations.

5.3 No-Shows

A No-Show is when a client misses an appointment without notice.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations will be fully charged, and you will need to book a new slot to reschedule.

For new clients, a No-Show or Late Cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of the consultation fee.

5.4 Refund Handling

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to your registered bank account.

6. Intellectual Property

All plans, documents, and resources provided are for personal use only.

Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any material without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Program Pauses & Discontinuation

In long-term programs, pauses will only be allowed in valid medical situations, subject to approval.

If you discontinue midway by choice, the program will not be extended or refunded.

8. Use of Testimonials & Progress

With your explicit consent, we may share anonymized progress updates or testimonials for educational or promotional purposes.

9. Website Usage

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful activity. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate services in the case of misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any adverse reactions arising from diet or lifestyle recommendations.

Any health consequences due to withheld or incorrect information provided by the client.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
