I’m Purabi, a women’s health and performance nutritionist with over 8 years of experience working with women and athletes across the globe.
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, with advanced certifications including the Monash University FODMAP training, IAFM Functional Nutrition & Lab Analytics, and ACSM Sports Nutrition. My approach is rooted in science, but always tailored to real-life needs.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to:
- Lead the nutrition vertical at women’s health and femtech startups, designing programs that supported thousands of women.
- Work with Khelo India athletes, including rifle & pistol shooters, cricketers, table tennis, tennis and badminton players, and gymnasts, helping them fuel for training, recovery, and performance.
- Consult with nutraceutical brands to build evidence-based nutrition solutions.
- Share knowledge as a speaker at academies, workshops, and brand events on women’s health and sports performance.
But more than titles and certifications, what matters to me is connection. I’ve seen firsthand how women and athletes struggle with conflicting advice, quick fixes, and information overload. I aim to simplify the science and give you practical, sustainable strategies that fit your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Can I do the program online?
Yes! All programs are fully online; work with me from anywhere.
Do you offer offline sessions?
Yes, offline sessions are by appointment only. Reach out to schedule a slot.

Do you prescribe medicines or supplements?
I focus on food and lifestyle first. Supplements or add-ons are suggested only if required.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All bookings are non-refundable, as time slots are reserved exclusively for you.
Terms & Appointment Policy
- Late arrivals: I wait up to 10 minutes; after that, it’s considered a no-show.
- Missed appointments / no-shows: Full fee is payable; reschedule required.
- Cancellations: Email at least 2 hours prior. Late cancellations (<30 mins) or no-shows incur full charge.
- New clients: First-time missed or late appointments are fully charged.
